Delivery Time:

We strive to deliver all orders within 45 minutes of confirmation. However, please be aware that delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, harsh weather (rain, fog, etc.), or gate closures in gated communities. Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges are determined based on the distance between our restaurant and the delivery location. Customers will be informed of the delivery fees at the time of order placement. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Service Area:

We deliver to most areas in Gulberg, Faisal Town, Garden Town, Iqbal Town, Valecia, Wapda Town, PCSIR, Johar Town and Model Town. If your delivery location falls outside these zones, delivery times and charges may vary. We reserve the right to decline orders from locations outside our serviceable areas.

Refunds and Returns:

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The food was spilled or damaged during delivery.
  • An incorrect or incomplete order was delivered.
  • There are significant quality issues with the food (e.g., contamination or spoilage).
  • All refund claims must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving the order, and photographic evidence may be required. Cash refunds will be processed within 24 hours, while online refunds may take 1-2 business days due to banking settlement processes.

General Terms:

  • Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched for delivery.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures to deliver due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical difficulties.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate delivery information is provided. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional delivery fees, which are non-refundable.
